Portable Tent for Refugees

Collaborated with Clean Shelter to design a transportable, year-long shelter solution for refugee families. Our team adapted a standard 10' x 10' canopy tent, heavily modifying the structure to be modular and linkable, allowing for the creation of larger, safe living spaces. We developed and presented a detailed scale model demonstrating the feasibility of retrofitting existing designs to meet durability and functionality requirements. The design features canopy walls that stretch down to the floor, and zipper connections that joined one tent to another. Clean Shelter responded enthusiastically to the proposal as a practical, cost-effective solution for their mission.
